This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and an affiliate of Hexpress Healthcare Ltd. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Web Site. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the Web Site immediately.

No part of this Web Site is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer and our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur upon our sending a dispatch email to you indicating that your consultation has has been accepted and is on its way to you. In this regard you will also be bound by the Terms and Conditions of our delivery/shipping agents and or their contractors etc.


We may disclose your information to a third party as part of a sale or initial public offering of the assets of Hexpress Healthcare Ltd or any subsidiary, division or affiliate of Hexpress Healthcare Ltd, or as the result of a change in control of Hexpress Healthcare Ltd or any one of its affiliates, subsidiaries or divisions, or in preparation for any of these events. Any third party to which Hexpress Healthcare Ltd prepares to transfer or sell or transfers or sells Hexpress Healthcare Ltd’s assets will have the right to continue to use the personal and other information that you provide to us in the manner set out in the Terms and this Privacy Policy.

1.1 General

1.1.1 Hexpress Healthcare Ltd (We/Us/Our) of 144 Mitcham Road, London SW17 9NH, undertake to provide the User (You/Your) with an opportunity to complete an online consultation with a GMC or EU registered medical practitioner (the Doctor) in order to undertake a medical assessment, to ascertain your suitability for treatment associated with a specific medical condition (i.e. impotence / obesity / male pattern baldness). Please note that completion of an online consultation does not guarantee that the Doctor will issue a prescription. Prescriptions are issued entirely at the discretion of the Doctor and dispensed at the sole discretion of the pharmacy.

1.1.2 Consultation and treatment are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and those of the medical professionals concerned.

1.2 Warranties by You
1.2.1 In order to register for and use the services on this website you warrant that you are over 18. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering on this site and to use this site in accordance with all terms of use. Furthermore, you agree to keep you logins secure and safe and immediately contact us should you suspect that your login has been misused.

1.2.2 You warrant and undertake to complete the consultation questionnaire contained on this website truthfully and honestly, disclosing all relevant information truthfully and to the best of your knowledge and ability.

1.2.3 By agreeing to the terms as set out hereunder and included in the Patient Responsibility Compliance Agreement (amongst others) you accept that you may be contacted by the Doctor or his duly appointed representative, if the need arises and even if you did not specifically request him/her to do so.

1.2.4 You agree to inform your GP about any medication that may be supplied by the Pharmacy and advice given to you through the website. Furthermore, you agree to immediately contact a health care professional should you experience any side effects or other issues associated with your treatment.

1.2.5 You agree that the purpose of this service is to support, not replace, the relationship between you and your healthcare providers or GP.

1.2.6 This Agreement becomes immediately void if you answer any question untruthfully.

1.3 Warranties by Us

1.3.1 We warrant and undertake that your consultation questionnaire will only be viewed by the Doctor and his medical staff for the purpose of treating your medical condition.

1.3.2 We warrant and undertake that any prescription that the Doctor may issue or any medicine that may be prescribed is only filled and dispensed by a UK registered pharmacists/pharmacy.

2. Customers outside the UK

If Goods are being ordered from outside the UK, import duties and various taxes may be incurred once your Goods reach their destination. is not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are outside the UK, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer on record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and medicarium.net cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering. You agree to absolve (medicarium.net) of any and all liability in respect of the above mentioned.

You agree that you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the services provide, receipt of and use of the any treatment or medications prescribed complies with your local laws.

3. Shipping and Delivery

All treatments are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery service and UPS, a signature is required on delivery to confirm receipt of package. Orders are discreetly packaged with no mention of the products enclosed or company details to ensure privacy and discretion is kept to a maximum for you.

If you are not home to sign for your delivery a calling card should be left by the post man/delivery representative. This card will provide details of where you can collect the order. If it is more convenient, you can choose to have your delivery sent to your work address alternatively another address that is more convenient to you.

Delivery will vary from country to country. European deliveries take 3-5 working days and deliveries to outside of Europe take 5-10 working days. Next day delivery is available to the UK. Please note that we do not ship to the USA.

Once a package has been shipped by one of our shipping services/agents we advise that you are bound to the terms and conditions of their use together with the terms and conditions contained herein.

You have the right to cancel your medicarium.net order up to the point when your treatment is dispatched. The pharmacist must destroy any medication returned, even un-opened boxes, so we are not able to offer refunds. You agree that after this date, we will have begun the service at your request and that you will have no rights to cancel the order under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 or otherwise.

However, should your treatment be returned to the pharmacy by the courier service, the pharmacy may arrange a resend to the same or a different address within a 60 day period.
In the event of a refund, the refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. Please note that it can take several business days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.

Your statutory rights are not affected during this period.
We reserve the right to exercise discretion with regards to any returns under these Terms and Conditions and such discretion to be exercised only within the confines of the law. Your statutory rights shall not be affected.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All material contained and presented on this website, including but not limited to text and graphics is our copyright, trademark or similar rights, or the copyright, trademark or similar rights of a third party, unless otherwise expressly stated.

4.2 We reserve all rights and strictly forbid any unauthorised use or duplication of any intellectual property subsisting in this website. Any statutorily authorised rights to print or download are strictly limited for your sole personal use. No material, however, can be used for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

4.3 Any copies of the pages of this website which you save, by any means whatsoever can only be used for subsequent viewing purposes or to print extracts for personal use.
